DTF Transfers FAQs
Yes, order by noon and we'll be able to dispatch up to 5m of print to you for next working day delivery.
The Premium service is ideal for people that would prefer to see a printed transfer before we go to print. Firstly our studio will check your artwork and either advise you or make changes where necessary. Then our production team will produce and apply a transfer. We will then email you a photo of the applied transfer and pop it in the post for your approval to continue.
All transfers are produced and dispatched within 2 working days from receipt of order (cut-off is midday).
If you select the Premium service then we dispatch within 2 working days from receiving your approval.
Our films are 40cm wide meaning we can print to a maximum width of 38cm. Of course if you need a transfer wider than that we can turn it through 90 degrees and print up to the length of the roll (not sure what that is, but it's big).
It's up to you, whatever is easiest. You can either:
Upload a single logo/design, enter the width and height of the artwork along with how many copies you need and we'll do the rest.
or
Combine your artwork in to a single file no more than 38cm wide, upload that and set the quantity to one.
We recommend not making any one file larger than 5m in length.
The bigger the better! Aim for 1200dpi if possible, and most definitely avoid low resolution web images as these never print well.
Of course, but as some of our trade friends are super ace with artwork and don't need that service we don't do it as standard to keep costs down. If you need this then just select the Premium service and we'll sort the artwork, print a test and send you a photo.

If you have any problems with your transfers then we'll happily replace or refund you! We'd need an original transfer and if you've applied them the item the transfer is on.
There are lots of factors beyond our control that can affect transfers so you should always test a transfer and put the garment through the wash before going to a production run. This is just good practice for any garment printer!
