Embroidery-quality was brilliant but the colour of the fleece I received was completely different to what was pictured online. Still waiting for a response from customer support after 3 days and a follow up.
Very good quality on these like no before
I ordered a soft-shell body warmer with custom embroidery and really wasn't sure what to expect as I thought the pricing was almost too good to be true. But after a few weeks when it arrived I was really pleasantly surprised. The quality of the item was great, material sourced sustainably and I was really happy with the embroidery work too. I would definitely order from teeone again when I need additional items for my start up business!
Our sons school purchased their leavers hoodie from here and unfortunately we ordered the wrong size.
After speaking to school and getting the contact details for here I was able to order a replacement by the Tuesday afternoon.
Expecting to wait a week I was surprised to get a e mail to say it was ready for collection by the Thursday.
Not knowing the area very well we got a bit lost going to collect but I telephoned and a lady guided me to the right place.
Thank you for such a quick turnaround, we have a very happy boy who is looking forward to wearing his leavers hoodie to school next week.

When all goes well with an order it’s easier to place a 5 star review, but I’ve had some issues with mine, but I just want to highly recommend the customer service on sorting it all out. It took longer than I expected to get my jacket due to this but very pleased with my top.

I have purchased workwear that have either been printed or embroidered and have been very impressed with the quality of both. My design was bespoke with an unusal font. TEEONE created the design and sent it to me for approval before manufacture. I was very happy with the end result.

Great product and value for money. The illustration sent for approval does not do the embroidery justice - finished product much better. Would have welcomed a better upfront idea of timescales.
