Very happy with my order from teeone, I ordered a cap with custom embroidery of my logo after being very disappointed with the same thing from a different company. The work done by teeone was excellent and was exactly what I wanted, customer service was also great as a team member for in touch with a design render before embroidery to ensure I was happy with the design. Highly recommended for any custom printing or embroidery!
Always use this company for my workwear, lovely embroidery with multiple colours as my logo is complicated, but they always deliver, quality products, well priced, and fantastic communication from all of their team!
Speed usually good except big delays over the Christmas period without warning. Ive ordered lots and been super happy with quality. Just one of my last orders had a print defect but they responded quickly and said they will replace.
Good quality vest and the only vest I found that I can fit my I phone into the phone pocket in it’s protected case.

Delivery still hasnt arrulived and has now missed the event, the whole reason for ordering.
Despatched a day later than advertised. DHL fpr some reason keep botching the delivery.
Rang up Teeone but no one has yet responded. Feels like peopke hide behind emails and dint seem to want to solve any issues.
Definitely wont use again.

We are really sorry to see that the order didn't make it to you for when you needed it. According to the tracking DHL attempted delivery twice in three days and were unsuccesful each time. Whilst we make every effort to get orders to people on time delay in transit is really awkward to forsee or effect. DHL are usually very good but once the goods leave us there isn't a lot we can do to influence, especially when delivery is attempted. I am sorry you feel we didn't respond quick enough, you emailed us at 6:26pm after the office had closed and Natalia responded at 9:34 the following morning to try and help. We take all feedback seriously and are still trying to see if we can influence the delivery in anyway possible. Apologies again for the delay in transit with DHL.

Image looks good, the fit was OK. The image on the T's front is the front cover of my book. God Is In & Out With The Devil. I hope to wear it when creating youtube content. Using the book's content for much of the material.

Having been massively let down by a competitor I was desperate and with a very short deadline for ordering personalised printed shirts for a team event. Not only did Teeone not simply laugh at my short deadline and hang up the phone, but they jumped straight into action in order to help me. I was given great advice on the ways that I could make the deadline along with realistic timescales. The Teeone team was communicative and available for regular updates, ordered stock in, set up artwork, printed and produced the shirts to requirement within the space of just a few days, saving me a huge amount of stress and enabling us to make our team event represented in matching attire. I can't sing the praises of Teeone highly enough and would have them first on my list of companies to recommend to anyone looking for similar services.
