Because we need to secure a production slot for you and it's not fair on others when people dilly-dally, about so asking for payment makes sure we are helping those that really need us.

We will call you to make sure everything is okay with the details of your order. If you haven't uploaded any artwork we'll help with that or if you just need a simple text design we will sort that as part of the service.

We have to limit same-day orders to 100 units per customer, but if you need more than that just call us and if we can fit you in, we will.

Your order will dispatched using an overnight next-day courier service (unfortunately we can't deliver on Sundays), so someone will need to be at the delivery address to sign for the delivery.
